It's OK not to be OK :)


If you're going through a difficult time mentally, physically, emotionally even spiritually it's so important to be in tune with your spirit. Tell yourself, I am moving past this moment. Feel yourself moving past the moment. Visualize yourself in your happiest scenario - alone. Not with anyone else, in YOUR happiest scenario. Feel all of those amazing emotions.

For me, when I close my eyes and envision my happiest scenario, I always find myself to be either in a park under a tree spinning on a tire swing or me somewhere far away, I can feel that I'm in a far away destination and I am surrounded my clouds and fresh air.

Whatever you're going through is stretching you and getting you ready for your next phase. Trust the process. During the process, give love. Even though it may be hard to still smile. I always tell myself, okay this isn't even a period or a sentence in the storybook of my life. This is maybe one letter...know that and continue the adventure called life.

I love the song by Jessie J - It has gotten me through some of the toughest times in my life.
